Video Proof Requirement: In order to process a return, you must provide a video of the product being opened from its original packaging. This video must clearly show the product, packaging, and any defects or issues at the time of opening. This ensures that the item is returned in the condition it was received and helps us better understand the nature of the issue.

Return Timeframe: The video and return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Eligible Products: Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (not as per the order) can be returned. We do not accept returns for products that are opened, used, or without video evidence as mentioned above.
